I love roses more than anything else!

I used to have the most beautiful rose garden in the village. Climbing roses, bush roses and long-stem roses – in various colours.

In the 1960s and ‘70s there were only perfumed roses. And this smell I still have very clearly in my memory. I enjoy talking with my daughter about the former flowerage, which I bring in today as a fresh bunch of flowers for my room.
