All my life I have embroidered and knitted. In particular I enjoy sewing with a sewing machine. I do so even today. Back then, after the war, we had no other possibility of dressing the family.

Today I sew or knit little gifts for birthdays. A lady living in the home turned 80 last week. I sewed a small bag for her with 80 embroidered on it.
